Our mission is to Share Jesus from Student to Student

Our Vision

We want to be present in every Italian university and, through the testimony of evangelical students who are able to share their faith effectively, see other students decide to follow Jesus Christ. To do this, they must be guided and strengthened by Bible study and prayer; they need a solid, well-organised structure and a staff composed of believers who put their gifts at the service of the gospel and are examples of Christian life.

We want to see these students graduate and take on with responsibility and integrity the commitment to a life and witness that can influence the human and professional contexts in which they live and work, putting their gifts and talents at the service of the gospel, the church, and society.

Our Mission

Effectively sharing Jesus from student to student in order to see lives transformed, enabling them to live out the gospel with integrity and in turn share Jesus in every context.

Our Motto

Sharing Jesus from student to student

Our strategy 2022-2025

ENGAGING students from local churches

We want to see more and more students engaged, equipped and motivated to share Jesus with other students, with enthusiasm and passion for the gospel. We want to accompany them in their spiritual growth so that they may glorify God and be a source of blessing to others.

REACHING non-believing students

We want to be visible, welcoming and always ready to share Jesus from student to student in a relevant and personal way. We want to remove the obstacles that prevent students from approaching the gospel, accompanying them to recognise Jesus as Lord of their lives, and then introducing them to local churches.

WELCOMING and witnessing to international students

We want to share Jesus from student to student, including with international students in Italy. We want to understand their cultural context and present Jesus in a relevant and personal way through hospitality, friendship and personal witness.

CONSOLIDATE our organisation

We want to have a dynamic structure that is suited to the context in which we operate and the challenges we face. We want to excel in our interactions with all stakeholders, particularly our graduates. We want to leverage the resources of the national and international fellowship when they contribute to our mission.

EXPAND our presence

We want to support students committed to sharing Jesus with other students in all Italian universities. We need to establish new groups in cities where we are not yet present and ensure the continuity of these and existing groups.

Our Characteristics

We are an evangelical Christian movement

which places the Bible at the centre

which empowers students and encourages their initiative

Our Beliefs

The Association acts in accordance with the points of faith listed below, which the members of the Association subscribe to. These are points of faith that bring together what is essential to the Christian creed and common to many churches:

  1. the unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the Godhead;
  2. the sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgement;
  3. the divine inspiration and complete reliability of the Holy Scriptures as originally given, and their supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct;
  4. the universal condition of sin and guilt of all men since the Fall, which has made them subject to God’s wrath and condemnation;
  5. redemption from guilt, penalty, dominion, and corruption of sin, solely through the atoning death (as our representative and substitute) of the Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God;
  6. the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and His ascension to the right hand of God;
  7. the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration;
  8. the justification of the sinner by the grace of God through faith alone;
  9. the indwelling and working of the Holy Spirit in the believer;
  10. the Holy Universal Church, which is the body of Christ, and to which every true believer belongs;
  11. the expectation of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
