Praise

  • After two long years of taking a break, GBU Pisa is back again thanks to God’s faithfulness and the prayers of those who have had it on their hearts at this time.
  • We thank the Lord for the various student believers who are sharing the GBU vision in this launch. Around ten new students joined the first two meetings and are interested in carrying on!
  • We are able to have even more new contacts with other student believers, potential GBU members, because of various Christian ministries in Pisa and its surrounding areas.
Prayer
  • At the moment we’re meeting in a quiet little room in a café for the studies that’s very centrally located and well-known. We’re continuing to look for a university venue for the weekly meeting which can be a fixed reference point for the whole year.
  • We’re asking God to unite the group, making us grow in size but more particularly to grow in His Word. That He’d bless our next meetings where we’ll get to know one another even better.
  • We’re praying for more contact with non-believer students through friendships and initiatives at the universities.
